Hey y'all! My name is Dr. Ebony L. Cole and I am pleased to meet you. I am the Co-founder of The Black Resource & Advocacy Group also known as The B.R.A.G. Network. B.R.A.G. exists to illuminate and validate the Black experience, to educate and empower Black people, and to cultivate and exhibit Black excellence. We intend to call out rampant anti-Blackness in all facets of our society as well as globally.

Our primary goal is Black unity. We do not seek to be divisive. We believe in inclusion and equity. Unfortunately, however, we as descendants of Africa often find ourselves at the very bottom of the American racial hierarchy. This blog will include opinions but will also be research-based. We will cover a lot of history because as a people we must have an accurate account of where we came from and what we've been through and we obviously cannot rely on any formal school system to provide this information.

This blog will cover a variety of topics and issues that are currently impacting the Black community. We encourage you to leave a comment to engage with us. We value your insight and feedback. We are also open to having our subscribers submit articles for publication on our blog because we believe in providing a platform for Black voices to flourish.
